We prepare your order for a courier to collect. We then send you a racking number once your order has been sent.
Returns Policy
In order to qualify for a return, customers may express an interest to return ordered products within 7 days of delivery.
Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

How do I return my item?
To return an item, please call 078 442 7410 or email info@krissy.co.za to get in touch with our customer services team within 7 days from delivery.
Once your item(s) have been received and approved for exchange, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the delivery of your exchanged pair.
A R150 return shipping fee may be applicable before your exchanged order is dispatched back.

Once sent, kindly forward us the courier tracking number so that we know to expect your parcel.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will book a collection for an assessment.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return.
“Defective” products will be assessed upon receipt, after which the outcome will be communicated to you for an exchange, refund, or return to proceed.
Krissy reserves the right to refuse returns if items show misuse or wear and tear beyond reasonable use.
